Meet Our Life Coach
Felicia L. Reed serves as Founder and Owner of Put It In Perspective LLC and its subsidiary, Coaches on Call.
Ms. Reed holds three coaching certifications as a Certified Life, Spiritual and Christian Coach, Energy Healer and holistic wellness advocate. She works to provide coaching services to clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia areas as well as in virtual settings. She serves on several Mastermind Teams to foster concepts to support social change around the world. Ms. Reed is a trained Essential Oil Wellness Advocate and believes in healing the mind, body and spirit to move forward. As an active member of many diversified empowerment forums, Ms. Reed works to engage with others who are ready for change and world improvement.
Ms. Reed also has over 20 years of process engineering experience in addition to many years of financial management experience. Ms. Reed is a master of quality management and works to infuse best practices in large organizations as well as personal lives. Her credentials include: Certified Continual Improvement Associate, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Lead Auditor-AS9100/ISO 9001:2008/ISO 20000, Certified Malcolm Baldrige Examiner (University of Maryland), Certified CMMI Auditor and Process Engineer. She also holds certificates in ISO 20000 and ISO 270001 and serves on cyber awareness forums that promote online safety. She has attended Bowie State University, the University of Phoenix and participated in Stanford University’s Venture Lab program. Ms. Reed is committed to life learning and participates in many different learning environments to stay abreast on techniques and trends in the coaching and quality fields.
Ms. Reed has a strong desire to give back and has served on various boards and worked community service programs as a key volunteer and activist. She founded a well received community organization where she worked with area youth to promote reading, complete community projects, provided tutoring and mentoring, and coordinated group educational activities and outings for more than 10 years.
With a background in quality management certifications, Ms. Reed has many years of formal and hands-on training. She has been passionate about sharing quality management concepts such as Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis as well as Fishbone and 5Why analysis with everyone she touches. She’s absolutely certain that these quality management tools also make great life purpose tools and therefore, helps others to apply these techniques to achieve positive results.
